Decoiler straightener feeder is in the short space design were especially developed to meet the needs of customers with not enough space. They offer process reliability even for the most demanding materials. They are optimally suited for the manufacture of structural parts as well as for processing of high-strength materials - even for the higher ranges of strip thickness.

 

By combination of straightener and roll feed into one machine, so called feeder-straightener, which is positioned directly at the press, the needed space for material loop of straightened material can be saved.

Decoiler---The decoiler is designed for coils with outer diameter of up to 1200mm. The coil is drawn off from above across the hinged feed table. Loading is handled by a crane or stacker. The decoiler is expanded manually or Hydraulic. The coil is restrained by a pneumatic pressure roller.
Straightener---The lower straightening rollers ensure continuous coil transport in forward mode and also enable the coils to be rewound when reversed. Additional feed and extraction rollers support the processing of various coils. Optimum straightening results are achieved through manual individual adjustment of the straightening rollers. A bending roller at the threading wedge ensures smooth threading.
Roll feed--- The roll feed, which advances the coil material on the infeed side, is attached to the press by means of an attachment bracket. This enables flexible adaptation to the Press Feed height. It is driven by a servo direct drive unit at the lower roller. Both feed rollers are hard chromeplated and rapid ventilation of the upper roller is actuated pneumatically. 
 

The feeder-straightener is supplied with material out of a (in comparison) very small loop of not straightened material below the decoiler.

The decoiler is equipped with a variable speed drive as well as with a very sensitive loop control. By this way it is assured that there always will be enough material available for supply of the feeder-straightener. 

In case that feeding lengths and stroke rates do require a bigger material stock within the material loop, the Coil Feeding Line will be completed with a loop pit.

1. What's payment terms?

SUNRUI MACHINE receives T/T payment and LC at sight when the amount over USD15000.00.
 

2. What's your coil equipment leading time?

For standard decoiler, straightener or feeders, the usually lead time is about 10-25 workdays, but we usually have machines in stock. Please contact with our sales if you need the coil handling equipment urgently.

For compact coil feed lines or whole metal stamping lines, it needs 30-70 workdays depends on different specifications and production plan in our factory.

3. What's warranty time of your machine?

Usually the warranty time is 12 months. Also the warranty time can be extend acorrding the specific requirements.

4. What after-sales service does SUNRUI provide?

For the standard decoiler straightener feeder machine, it's easy to install and debug it, most of our customers can do it by themselves; And what's more, our technical engineer can teach your operators how to install  and operate it. SUNRUI machine on-site training will avoid operational problems that are easy to occur at the beginning of production. The training after sales service will create more value for your employees.

For the compact coil feed machine and complete metal stamping line, SUNRUI can arrange engineers to go overseas for the coil handling equipment installation. They guide the customer's operators on-site. Then the commissioning phase will smoothly enter into the mass production phase.

5. What's the package of your coil feeding machine?

For standard small decoiler, straightener, feeder which go LCL shipping, SUNRUI machine will use plastic films cover the equiment, and then fix it into a woodencase.

For the coil feed lines and complete line which go FCL shipping, SUNRUI machine will fix each part with ropes on the shipping container and then wrapped them with plastic films.
